To our dearest dearest Chloee,
HAPPY 2nd BIRTHDAY!!!
Mimi n Papa LOVES YOU DEARLY!

More coming…
Chloee is now BIGGER and STRONGER. We had alot of visitors today. There were Admiralty members (Thanks ppl), friends, colleagues and relatives! Oh not to mention we receive alot alot of flowers and gifts as well. Once again, a BIG THANK YOU to all of you. You’ll have been GREAT! A photo to show my appreciation.

Our dearest baby, chloee finally made her grand arrival today at Mount Alvernia, 21 May 2006 @ about 3pm. After having spend 37 weeks in the womb, she’s here. She weighs in at 2.4Kg and measure 46cm in length.
We were really kinda surprise that she came today. She has been a very good baby as well in mummy’s womb. Very well-behaved and she didn’t make mummy sick throughout this 37 weeks. Mummy sleep and eat well.
When there was some pinkish discharge this morning, mao said there’s a high chance that baby chloee will arrive these few days. Also she noted some colourless liquid discharge and was wondering if it’s the amniotic fluid. As it wasn’t really much, we thought that it could just be some leak. However, we were advice to make our way to the hospital after checking with our gynae, Dr Chris Chong. He will be there awaiting us to evaluate the situation.
When we reached, doc say it’s gonnna be today! We were kinda surprised too. We felt that it was a false alarm. I’ve always wish that chloee will arrive in June. Today also happen to be Dr Chong’s daughter’s birthday! What concidence. I was told to proceed to register mao for admission to hospital.
The next few hours happen in a flash. In between nurse checking on here regularly and me busy snapping photos away in the ward, mao’s contraction was also slowly creeping in. By 1+, it’s gettin more intense but I didn’t quite notice cos I was kinda busy myself snapping pictures and looking around (Hehe). When the pain became unberable and that was when mao asked for pain killer. The time then was around 2+pm. When the nurse came, she says it’s too late for epidural cos she’ve already dilated up to 9cm!
Huh! So fast? When she arrived she was 4cm, now she’s 9cm.. After which, it all happen and chloee is born.
The nurse suggested on feeding her formula as her gluocose level is low. We managed to breastfeed her by the third feed. What a day. I will always remember this day..
